What are the shipping and handling times?
Please allow up to 5 days to process your order. This includes preparing your order, packing, preparing shipping labels, and dropping your package off at the post office. Once with the post office expect between 5 to 10 business days until delivery, although it may come sooner or later than that time frame.

For international orders, shipping rates may vary. I currently use USPS First Class international for all international orders under 2lbs / 32 ounces. According to Stamps, First Class international packages can be expected in 7-21 business days. UPS packages tend to come earlier. International orders may or may not come with tracking.

What is our return or cancellation policy?
I do not offer returns, but I do offer refunds and replacements for missing or damaged items. Orders may be cancelled until label creation, as once a label is printed your order will be shipped the next morning.
